Prodigy #53 Colleen Dibble Featured in Military Journal

Master-at-Arms First Class Colleen Dibble is one of the few women working in Bethesda’s Naval Support Activity Security Department. “You cant have bias,” Dibble said. “You have to see yourself as an equal and be an equal. So you’re all in the same boat. We’re all Sailors–not male, not female–we’re all Sailors, we’re all trying to get the mission accomplished.”

Team DC recognized local leaders and supporters of the region’s LGBT sports community as well as the recipients of the 2014 Team DC College Scholarship Program. Prodigy GM Jordyn White received a Champions award for her contributions to Women’s Football.
